AtliQ is a fast-growing hardware company that sells various products to customers in many countries through various channels, including retail, direct sales, and distributor networks, both online and in brick-and-mortar stores. To support its growth and make data-driven decisions, AtliQ needs a data analytics team.
Workflow steps:
 ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) in excel.
 Solution design thought process.
 Creating connections among tables using data modelling.
 Adding the Date table using Power Query(M language).
 Functional knowledge in Sales, Finance and Profit & Loss.
 Creating Customer performance report.
 Creating Market performance vs Target report.
 Creating P&L reports by year, quarters and months.
 Further analysis of the given data by solving the assignment problems.

AtliQ Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands is losing its market share and revenue. As a strategic move, the managing director of AtliQ Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” to regain their market share and revenue.
Workflow steps:
1. Data collection and exploration, create a Date table in Power Query (M language).
2. Data load to Power BI and initial validation.
3. Data Transformation in Power Query.
4. Data Modelling and creating calculated columns.
5. Creating measures using the DAX language.
6. Build Executive View, Finance View, Revenue View, Occupancy and Booking View and Key Metrics View.
7. Designing an effective Dashboard that includes page navigation with buttons, tooltips, using KPIs, and conditional formatting of the values in visuals.
8. Deploying the solution using Power BI.

Key insights:
🖋 Since the implementation of the E-stamp challan in Dec2020, the revenue has been growing steadily.
🖋 COVID-19 has impacted negatively on all transportation, stamp revenue, and investments.
🖋 Investments in the FY 2019 were around 41K crores. After a huge decline in 2020, there is a steady improvement and in FY 2022 alone the investments are 26K crores.
🖋 The vehicle sales have declined consistently from FY 2019 to FY 2022. However electric vehicles have increased in FY 2022.
🖋 Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal_Malkajgiri, and Sangareddy are top districts in transportation.

In this project, I delved into 10 Ad-hoc queries, unraveling key details about top products, customers, markets, and crucial metrics like gross price, pre-invoice deductions, manufacturing costs, and sales quantity. “It's all about turning data into actionable insights!".
