Atliq Hardware is a consumer goods electronics company that sells computer Peripherals
worldwide.
Their business is growing rapidly and they still depended on excel files for data analytics.
Excel files are hard to consume and not effective in generating insights,
due to which they facing major loss in region Like latin America.


Senior executives of this company have decided to invest in a data analytics project
and have assigned a team for this work.

The Product owner of the company wants to build a dashboard for the differnet department.
So that different team members can trace the KPI's and make useful insights to overcome the problem. 🧧

CodeX is a German beverage company that is aiming to make its mark in the Indian market. A few months ago, they launched their energy drink in 10 cities in India.

Their Marketing team is responsible for increasing brand awareness, market share, and product development. They conducted a survey in those 10 cities and received results from 10k respondents. I am Md. Nafeel Ahmad, a marketing data analyst is tasked to convert these survey results to meaningful insights which the team can use to drive actions.

So As Marketing Data analyst I have answered certain question from different area like Demographic Insights, Consumer Preferences, Competition analysis, Marketing Channel, Brand Awareness and more so that it is easy to take data driven decision making.

AtliQ Hardware is stressed with Excel Files. Their Sales & Finance Teams are on a Mission to eliminate these Excel Files. But remember not every Excel file can be replaced. Some Excel Files will remain. Also, they are interested in data analytics. So Excel is a perfect gateway to onboard to analytics.

So as an aspiring Data Analyst, I have come up with some awesome Sales and Finance Analytics reports.

Pipeline: Performed ETL -> Data Cleaning -> Data Modeling -> Created dim_date Table -> Connected dim_date to Data Model -> Performed DAX Formula -> Created Report Using Power Pivot -> Conditional Formatting -> Made User Empathetic Report Design

Finally, I came up with Different Reports Like Customer Net Sales Performance report, Market Performance Report VS Target, Sales report for the Indian Market, P & L Year for Different Markets & GM% by Quarters of Different Sub Zones.

The project is part of CodeBasics Resume Project Challenge-7. Telangana government partnered with the CodeBasics Team to extract valuable insights from their official data for a brighter future. So, as a data analyst, I have performed analysis with different tools. Data Validation is done in MySQL, Visualizations in PowerBI.
Dataset Contains three different sectors, Transport, TS-iPass, Document Registration, and E-challan.
We have answered Questions and given Primary and secondary Insights. Last gave the Top 5 insights and recommendations to the Telangana Govt.

Atliq Hardware (imaginary company) is one of the leading computer hardware producers in India and is well-expanded in
other countries too.

However, the management noticed that they do not get enough insights to make quick and smart data-informed
decisions. They want to expand their data analytics team by adding several junior data analysts.
Tony Sharma, their data analytics director wanted to hire someone who is good at both tech and soft skills.
Hence, he decided to conduct a SQL challenge which will help him understand both skills.

So there are 10 ad hoc requests for which the business needs insights.
Here I have used MYSQL to get all the reports.
